Can't say enough good things about our experience with WBAC. The lads were an absolute pleasure to deal with, on time, cleaned up after themselves and even with the job being much more difficult than expected due to limited space in the ceiling cavity, they worked super hard to get our ducted system installed. The finished job is beautiful. Professional and courteous at all times, I'd recommend them to anyone needing AC installation. Thanks so much guys!

What a great team. From the initial enquiry right through to the installation they were more than professional. Install team were efficient, tidy and cleaned up spotlessly. We had ducted and a split system installed at our home and a split system fitted in the old man’s house the same day. Take a bow everyone.

Excellent company to deal with. Prompt, professional, friendly and put together a very affordable system that is not too big, not too small, just perfect. Can't fault them. Gav was fantastic.

Requested a call out for a quote on repair of a outdoor coil on a unit due to hail damage. Did not tell me there was a call out fee, send me a quote for A$ 1216.60 when a new outdoor unit only costs A$ 1,440.00. On not accepting the quote, they charged A$ 100.00 for the call out. Lodged a complaint with Mitsubishi as this are poor business practices, especially as this unit was originally installed by Wide Bay Air Conditioning.
