Crest Air Conditioning

I advise against engaging Crest Air Conditioning. Crest installed the aircon systems in my building complex in 2019. Like most residents, I continued to use them by default for my annual service inspection. The first indication of a poor culture was in late 2022. When I got home, I saw that the technician had left a mess in my apartment, including in the toilet. A complaint e-mail I sent to the company was never acknowledged. Come the start of 2024, my aircon system - which never worked the best - was virtually ineffective. I arranged for Crest again to inspect my system. Technicians attended at the start and end of the year. Neither time did they recognise or fix the issue - despite having the benefit of the error message on the control panel. (However, I later realised that they did manage to charge me to replace my filter twice in the same year.) When I contacted Crest to discuss the situation, all the office staff member suggested was a third - paid! - service inspection. In the end, I paid $1,700 for another company to fix the issue. The new company confirmed that the aircon failure related to poor flaring of the copper pipes, and would have been present at the time of installation.

I was cut off whilst driving by a crest employee. I was trying to merge when the driver in the crest air conditioning company car speed up to force me into the side lane. Then had the hide to carry on like a hero and flick me off but point to his camera as he Cleary would have had a heart attack getting out of his seat belt yet carried on like a hero. Definitely would not recommend this type of scummy behaviour. After he was at fault and had to hide Behind the wheel that his belly was touching, he then complained to the police. I have bought it to the attention of its boss to resolve the issues and have not been contacted back. Watch out for this grub on the road as he will act all tough and mighty, use the company car as a weapon but run off when it doesn’t work nor intimidate. The behaviour of an individual who clearly does not look after themselves speaks volumes of their character. Unprofessional

We had Zac and Steve out to replace an aircon unit, they were thorough, took the time to do the job properly and very respectful of the place while they were here. Would absolutely recommend.

Crest installed ducted Actron Advance unit at my house recently. Although it was a tricky installation the team led by Devin did a great job replacing and installing the whole system. Thanks team for a great professional job.

Bad service overall. No follow ups. Phone reception is uninterested when I’ve followed up. Our real estate agent has tried chasing things up with them too with no luck.

The team were awesome. Quoted for the job on Thursday morning and arrived 7am on Friday morning to do the install. The guys sorted out all of my issues with the previous installation that was done 20 years ago - bad wiring, unit positioned so they didn't drain properly, all sorted. They took everything away, left both rooms and outside area where they were working spotless, couldn't be happier with the quality of the work.

I booked in a call out from Crest for what I thought was a HVAC issue. Two young gentlemen arrived at the exact booking time and investigated my issue. It turns out it was a gutter issue not a HVAC issue. Not only were they very polite and professional but they also spent the time to try and figure out the problem and fix it for me within the callout window. I was so impressed and will definitely be using Crest again.
