Elizabeth and I cannot thank the Chilled Heat Technicians, Bobby and Caleb enough for the incredible job they did installing our 4 new Hitachi Air Conditioners. Their work ethic, professionalism, attention to detail, and manners were faultless. The whole experience from quote to completion has been an absolute pleasure. DO NOT TRUST OR DEAL WITH CHILLED HEAT! They too are dishonest, rude and arrogant to customers in the office, but the guys they sent out were quite polite and nice to deal with. Got charged nearly $300 service call to check the A/C without fixing anything (parts were needed) for a few minutes looking at the machine. The quote for parts was worth more than the original machine so no didn't go for it.

Chilled Heat is a fantastic business with great systems in place and customer service that is second to none! Knowledgeable and competent technicians and friendly and accommodating office staff make this business a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended! We would not use anyone else!

Prompt friendly service. After a bad experience with another local a/c company, we contacted Chilled Heat for a repair job. The service tech turned up as scheduled and had the problem solved within 20 minutes (previous company hadn't fixed it in more than six months). Both the tech and admin staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommended this business. Prompt and efficient service from office staff to the on-site technicians. I have had 2 aircons installed by Chilled Heat and they also do my yearly service on all my split systems, keeping them running efficiently. Very flexible to my needs and competitive pricing. They also turn up when promised, very rare these days. Five stars.

We had this team replace our main unit, insurance job, & install a unit in our bedroom. They have a great attitude & the 2 techs. were polite & friendly & very professional. We had been putting off getting our work air conditioning unit serviced until a week ago. The team at Chilled Heat came and went about their work and now we are sitting in air conditioned comfort. We are nice and "Chilled"! If you havent already had your office air conditioner serviced, you need to. Call the guys at Chilled Heat, for fast efficient service. I would highly recommend them.
