Thank you Adam for prompt service. A special thank you to installer Parry. He arrived on time,did a thorough job, ensuring the unit was installed correctly and that all components are functioning as they should. He was attentive,courteous and professional throughout the installation. He showed us how to operate the new unit. He cleaned up meticulously and treated our home with care during and after the installation. We are very happy with the overall service. Small issues with the new unit, we hope it will be resolved soon by the supplier.
OzAir Great service from Adam & team! Installed 5 x split systems where our boys live with medical condition requiring air-conditioning. Recently completed replacement of downstairs split system & ceiling cassette and finally upstairs ducted system to 6 bedrooms with individual temperature control from convenience of mobile phone. Relied upon their expertise for sizing & brand & model recommendations. So far all working well! Special shout out to Parry who spent extra time checking upstairs layout to make sure they had all parts available for the job beforehand & spending extra time teaching how to use the technology from tablet & phone.
