Grech maintained our ducted system for 15 years, always did a great job at a fair price. Always friendly, super clean and always turned up on time. But this year we found parts are no longer available for our 25 year old Lennox (gas / refrigerative) packaged system. We acepted Phil's recommendation to replace our system while utilising 95% of the existing ducting. As per past experience Phil & his crew were professional, friendly & meticulous. Performance of our new system is fantastic & we'd not hesitate to recommend Grech to anyone looking for professional a/c installation or maintenance. Thank you Grech!

We booked this service to check that a wall furnace and stove top in a recently purchased house was working safely. Attendant service person was unable to even initiate the task because he suspected there was a problem with the amount of gas coming through and left within 20 minutes, offering no suggestions to address the issue other than recommending we call one of his associates to check the supply. Subsequently, we were advised that such servicing is actually the responsibility of the gas provider. We feel that we got minimal return for the high call out fee and 1/2 hour minimum labour cost. Will not call this service again.

I had the air conditioner replaced with a new and bigger unit at a reasonable price. This has made such a difference to my open plan living area. I found the team at Grech to be efficient, reliable and approachable. I highly recommend this company !!
