TWO MEN AND A TRUCK

Great experience with Marcos and Yuri. They were effecient and considerate. They took extra care on items that I reallt cared about like my antique table, putting extra blankets on top. Even though they had a long day with a delay in their first job, they worked tirelessly to move my 3 bedroom house including travel and unpack in a bit over 3 hours with the large truck. Highly recommend these two!

What an incredible experience. The company was so easy to work with. So professional. And Yuri and Daniel could not do enough for you. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Such pleasant hard working guys. I will be recommending them to anyone that will listen.

Andre and Heitor did an amazing job moving our furniture and many boxes from a first floor apartment, down two steps of stairs, across to the new ground floor apartment. They did this in very good time and were friendly and careful with our furniture. We would not hesitate to employ them again.

Marcos, Yuri and Daniel from Two Men and a Truck were exceptional. They worked efficiently and did not stop until completion of the job. My furniture arrived safely and was placed into my new home where I wanted it. The boys were polite, hard working and super efficient. The price was reasonable too. Thank you Two Men and a Truck! I’m sad I can only leave a 5 star ⭐️ for this amazing dynamic duo, Daniel and Marcos. They deserve more than 10 stars. They moved my friends furniture and so much more today! The understanding of what it means to move for my friend was hard to communicate too as a new resident to Australia. They had so many loose, unboxed items. Daniel and Marcos just got on with it, and loaded everything into the truck. The amount of things that were in nothing but plastic bags did not bother them at all. I felt bad and apologised on behalf of my friend. The endless trips up and down the lifts to the 14th floor did not phase them at all. They were happy, smiling, and so thoughtful and kind about every single thing. Nothing was a problem, too hard or inconvenient. They went above and beyond of what I would have expected from any body. I have no hesitation in recommending "Two men and a Truck", and the dynamic duo Daniel and Marcos. You were both so amazing and we can not thank you enough. We were truly blessed to have you. Terrible experience with this company. First, they backed their truck into my neighbour's fence and damaged it. Accidents happen, but the company has refused to come and assess the damage and arrange for the repair, telling me my neighbour must do the work to obtain a quote to be able to "review" it first. I told them that they damaged the fence and need to do the work to fix it (including assess it and obtain a quote), but they have refused. Secondly, when I made the booking I requested a team of four for a full day or 1.5 days, as it was a very big job. When the guys arrived I was told they were only booked for half a day. I told them it could not be done in half a day, but they had been booked for another job in the afternoon. After having to speak to a number of different people by phone, some of the team left and just two stayed to finish my job. Those who were left were struggling to finish the job and I ended up working with them for most of the day to get it done in time. Finally, it doesn't seem that the people who were sent are trained employees of Two Men and a Truck but are subcontractors with little experience. My curtains were hung incorrectly and constant direction was required. I don't blame the guys who were sent to do the work - they did their best. But this company simply doesn't deliver on its promises, it puts the people on the ground under pressure by squeezing too many jobs into a day, and the refusal to take responsibility for the damage to my neighbour's fence is really galling!

I had Lucas and Victor today delivering to my Melbourne address. They were absolutely brilliant. Professional, personable and very careful and caring with my delivery. I’m extremely grateful to them both for such a great service at such a crazy time in my life! It’s also been the best value move so definitely recommend this team for future wanderers.
