Overall 9.5 out of 10 to Gill Preet the manager and his removalist team. Great price, communication, transparency and easy quote per jobs requirement. Same goes to our removalists polite mannerism, punctuality & professionalism.The move went really well. Punctual & Trustworthy. Labour hours delivered between 8AM- 2.45pm then they took off to the next job. This is a genuine review. Highly recommended.

The move was absolutely smooth. Every furniture was placed perfectly. Two movers were amazing to deal with and made the move stress free for me. The quote was very genuine for the number of items I moved. The attention to detail of handling things was amazing, movers carry shoulder belts to move heavy and bulky items i was amazed to see that. I will definitely use the service again. I highly recommend the service to others. Thanks to Melbourne city movers.

Moved yesterday with two workers. They cleared two apartments and got everything into the new building with no damage. Only reason i cannot rate higher was the fact that they were two hours late, missing the bookings i made to make the moving process easier (priority for elevator and parking). They did call me a few hours before to let me know they would be an hour and forty minutes late. They did discount what i paid for parking which was great. The two blokes were very efficient and professional. They did seem upset that the bookings were missed but as it was no fault of my own they didnt mention it. If there was more of a guarantee of punctuality for the bookings they make with clients i'd be happy to book again for my next move!

WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE Firstly, they took over 5 hours to leave a 2 bedroom apartment, even though they were not taking a couch, or any bed frames, or a table, but still managed to take so long because it was an apartment and hot on the day? we were paying $140 an hour and they were working extremely slowly. On top of that, they ruined multiple of my things INCLUDING my TV, which I have only just turned on and realised, (See in photos my belongings they ruined). They left so many things in the old apartment and we were moving things ourself for weeks and we all work full time, so we had to find time after work to bring things to the new place, even though we paid movers to do it but they did half the job? They left things that could have fit into the truck, (see photos, moving a bedside table that apparently couldn’t fit) There were so many things left behind. They gave us a discount but not even nearly enough for the things they ruined. The owner is absolutely horrible with communication and has no sympathy for what his workers did. I am so upset now I have to buy a new Tv, bookshelf, beauty light, and there is a chip in the wall they did that I will now have to pay to get fixed or will be taken out of the bond. All of this and it cost $920 after the discount was given. Also do not reply to this review saying my name is not in your system because my mum booked it and it is under the name "Cathie". If i can stop even one person booking with this horrible business then i’m happy! They will overcharge, take way too long, ruin your belongings and then take no accountability and barely reply to your messages. I posted on my social media telling everyone to never book with them and someone even replied saying they used them as well and they were ridiculous. Wish I had of known before, I am so upset. I will be taking this further now! as the owner is not replying. Edit: replying to comment from business. The other damage was not reported straight away because I only saw the broken nozzle on the light when I went to the old place to pick it up, and I just mounted the TV onto the wall tonight at the new place to see that it is broken. So yes, I can report damaged property 3 weeks later, when I see it. Also, I actually did text you about the broken light and dint in the wall a week ago but of course, no response.

This company was recommended by friends. Phoned ahead to give me an updated ETA. Both guys were great and were professional throughout. Nothing damaged and appreciate the care they took. Price was very reasonable. Thanks guys.

Gill and his team are a pleasure to deal with. The move went very smoothly and all the furniture + electronic items like TV & computer monitor arrived intact. Overall, a great experience.

I used this company on July 28th, 2025 to move from Mernda to Wollert, 10 minutes away. I had sent photos of the things to be moved from a 3 bedroom house and they came in a small truck and they ended up doing 2 trips and a total of 7.5 hours. Everything was dissembled and they didn't have to assemble in the new house. I feel they were too slow and the whole thing ended up costing me $1,000, imagine $1,000 for a 3 bedroom house from Mernda to Wollert. My wife and I carried a lot of things in our suv cars, we did about 4 trips each. Be careful when you engage them and watch their speed. I called the office but they cared less. Anyway, I learnt my lesson the hard way.
