Solaire Connect

We used Solaire for a new build and they did a wonderful job. The best part was the guys were respectful and accommodating. They also did everything we asked and even accommodated all the changes. We love your work!

Explained in layman's terms at initial meeting outlaying what our options were, easy for us to understand. No pushy sales pressure and delivered the system on time and in full as promised. Very nice people to deal with from sales to installers to office personnel. All in all, an extremely pleasant experience highly recommended

Fantastic install from start to finish. Ben and the team at Solaire Connect were knowledgeable and able to walk me through the details and processes involved; from selecting the most efficient system for my home with reference to previous electricity bills, to designing and optimising space on my roof and the location of the equipment. Simon the installer and his team did a great job on the day, arrived on time and promptly got to work. Clean install and a tidy garage while they completed the job, accomodating my questions and requests. Very happy with the results and can’t recommend Solaire Connect enough- great work team.

We signed contract in April and paid deposit, Roshan saw the site and agreed everything was fine. A second person came over and we agreed what was going to happen - it was a tricky install so they wanted to check they could definitely do it. They came to install in Sept and the subcontractors said it was tricky and didn’t want to start that day. I then got a call and Solaire said they wouldn’t do the job. I asked why, and got vague comments about it being tricky. I asked them to requote if it’s harder, they emailed saying they won’t do the job now and will refund deposit. I’ve asked for a reason multiple times and they won’t give me one. I’ve got the silent treatment. I think they signed us on while work was tight and now they’ve got plenty of work they make more money elsewhere… realised they weren’t going to make a big profit off this job so don’t want to do it anymore. Technically this is a breach of contract and we could report to building commission. But I can’t be bothered arguing. Now everyone is busy and we can’t get anyone to put solar on. They did refund the deposit but without interest.

First rate service from initial sales person to admin staff and completion of installation. Had solar panels and Fronius inverter installed today. The trades team were highly professional, courteous and hardworking. Barely stopped all day. Really pleased with our experience! Would highly recommend the company.

I’ve used Solaire for the installation of my Solar system at my house. This was a great experience dealing with a company. Dealt with Neil as the sales agent. He was extremely knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. As for the install team they were also great. On time, did a neat job and cleaned up after themselves. Will be contacting these guys definitely again when the batteries become subsidised. Great work thank you.

We were lucky enough to have Solaire recommended to us for our home battery. From Kevin , who came out to talk to us about what would work for us, to the girls in the office who answered every query we had so quickly , to the installers who were just delightful, and recently to the lovely young man on the end of the phone who talked me through reconnecting my wifi to the system and tried to show me how to reboot my Iphone( which had nothing to do with the home battery as it turned out!). This is a highly professional company, from top to bottom and they have a huge amount of valuable knowledge about solar panels and solar batteries. They are upfront, offer excellent advice and are well priced. I suggest anyone wanting to get solar panels or a home battery get onto them quickly before all the people I have recommended them to, get in before you.
