Communication with Solarhart was effortless. They always responded rapidly and gave appropriate advice or information. Solarhart technicians were punctual, efficient and experienced. They kept me updated on progress and explained what they were doing. They clearly knew what they were doing. Solarhart have installed home batteries, solar panels and EV chargers for me. Solarhart Solar System: Including 19 Solar Panels, 2 Goodwe Batteries and a Goodwe Inverter. Batteries and inverter are neatly stacked on top of each other. All installed in 1 day without any issues and working well. Here in Tasmania all newly installed solar systems are inspected by TechSafe, which is part of the Department of Justice and according to them the installation is neat and all good. I am checking the performance of the solar system on the app and also using the Aurora App to monitor electricity costs. The panels have the expected output. The batteries get charged and their charge getting used as expected. There is some intelligence in how the batteries gets charged from the grid depending on the month, weekday and time and also to which level. This can be changed on the App by solarhart or even by us, but they offer to do it for you, should you need it. During the winter season when there is lower daily solar panel output, the battery can be charged during off peak times, so it is unlikely that one ever pays peak electricity prices again. All working as expected, so far no issues whatshowever. The quote was timely and very competitive. Happy that we have chosen Solarhart and would definitely recommend.

Update: 3 months later. Having any issue with the installed timer. Next to no after sales support, even though we were assured if we run out of hot water they could assist with help g. No reply to emails. Waste of money getting it installed. Honeymoon period over, money received. Dropped like a hot potato. Solar panels are producing perfectly. From the first contact we had with Solahart, to the moment the installation was complete. Everything was positive and an all round great experience. Every step was explained in full and no question was left unanswered. We did have to do anything Solahart did everything. 10/10, A+

Through a friend who recently used Solahart to install an extensive solar system for his home, I contacted them and within no time they sent an Assessor to develop a plan suitable for our home and to maximise the model development. Within a day we had a fully developed model from Solarhart including costings and scope for the integration and potential savings from our expenditure. We were given a date some 10 weeks into the year for installation upon which was agreed. As agreed a team of three installers arrived on the given date and time and were thoroughly professional and obliging, keeping me informed throughout the installation. With government incentives, there are a lot of operators out there offering various solar options. So it is important to use someone that is professional and reliable. Solahart have delivered every time I have used them, but more importantly they have offered excellent customer support throughout the install and after. Highly recommend.
