A very smooth and easy process. From the consultation to completion I felt very informed. During the quote I was shown all my options and explained pros/cons micro inverter vs. not, type of panel, panel manufacturer, warranty, tariffs… everything! All communication is digital from quote to install and documents were super easy to digitally sign and return. The installers were prompt on install day and kept me in the loop with what the plan was. Simple requests such as where I wanted to install everything (even the height of the battery on the wall) was acknowledged. I had 30 panels & a battery installed and it took 3 days from start to finish. TAS networks confirmed connected the day after install and Aurora had updated the app the day after that. Within a week I had a fully functional solar system. The apps works great, everything was connected to my wifi for me. I absolutely cannot fault this company and their people and would recommend them to anyone looking for solar or a battery install.

I had a ~7kW solar system and hot water timer installed in March. Abi was fantastic in designing my system and helping me understand my options in terms of different layouts, EV charging, and batteries. The admin team were very transparent and helpful, and the installers were very professional and experienced (based on what I can see in the roof cavity, around the inverter, and the switchboard). More than happy with the price we paid and the inverter they installed.

From quote to completion I Want Energy have been a pleasure to do business with. The price was very competitive and service outstanding. Ian did a desktop plan with me which he then refined with an onsite visit. The companies installers were efficient and personable taking just 2 days to set the system up. The app attached to the system, running through my WiFi, is very good, letting me see how efficiently the system is. I haven't received an Aurora bill as yet but suspect the system will give a greater reduction than Ian outlined. I have no hesitation in giving a 5 star recommendation to I Want Energy.

Our installation with I Want Energy went seamlessly. Ian was knowledgeable, clear, helpful, and cheerful. He explained all options impartially but was also happy to make recommendations based on our preferences. In particular, we were gratified that I Want Energy gave us options that minimise the chances of using products made with slave labour. Ian kept us up to date on progress, and when we had a (minor) issue with our installation, he and Alex dealt with it promptly and thoroughly, with Alex visiting in person to problem-solve and ensure that all issues were rectified. I recommend both of them, and I Want Energy, highly!

Gave me various options with full transparency on each item and cost. Went up on the roof to assess and proposed a good design Installation Kushal and team were very polite and diligent in their job. The installation looks beautiful. They were careful to put the cables and inverter in a non-conspicuous location on the side wall, even if it meant more work for them. Patiently explained to me the usage and app integration. Excellent Customer Service The service (Lynn) was prompt and follow ups to any queries were quick. They followed up with the grid connection on the same day as the installation, and I can see the solar credits in my Aurora bills on the same day.
