Excellent service and professional installation at a very reasonable price. Rob was great through the whole process from the initial site visit and quote through to the installation and system setup. Rob was very helpful with choosing the right cameras and locations and installing the network video recorder and monitor and showing me how to setup the system and use the app. Highly recommended.
I was not receiving any support from the supplier & installer of my business alarm and CCTV system so contacted Protect Plus Security. Rob was fantastic; he promptly attended site as advised over the phone and his service fee was extremely reasonable compared to my prior experiences. Most importantly, Rob sorted all my system issues by setting up intrusion monitoring and I have received no false alarms since. Rob also upgraded my system allowing me to remotely monitor and add or remove employee access via an app. I since have had Protect Plus install Alarm & CCTV systems to both my home and additional commercial property.
Rob did an excellent job updating my security system. Arrived right on time, knew precisely what was needed and offered further back-up if needed.
Robert updated our security system after a unsatisfactory installation from the original security company. We now have vivid images attached to phone apps, 24/7 recordings, great to have a qualified engineer onsite, would have no hesitation on recommendation of Robert as your security specialist
