Australian Security Company Pty Ltd – A Complete Joke If you value safety, professionalism, or basic human decency, Australian Security Company Pty Ltd is the last company you should ever consider. Hired by the equally deplorable First Asset Management, this security firm is an absolute disgrace to the industry. Their staff are grossly underqualified, untrained, and seemingly handpicked from the bottom of the barrel. Instead of diffusing situations with professionalism, they escalate them with threats and intimidation. Calling the police appears to be their default solution—because they lack the competence to handle even the simplest of issues themselves. These are not security professionals; they are poorly disguised bullies who thrive on fear tactics rather than protecting people or property. Trusting them with your safety is like handing your keys to a thief and hoping for the best. Their partnership with First Asset Management says it all—two incompetent organisations working hand in hand to make life miserable for tenants and clients. Stay far away from both. Your safety, sanity, and peace of mind depend on it.

We used Australian Security Company's security monitoring services for many years, both in our business and home. Simply put - they are fantastic. It was so easy picking up the phone 24/7 to speak to some-one to find out which alarm had gone off, before actioning their mobile security patrol or reporting to the police. (Sometimes it was something as simple as a gecko running across the external motion sensors haha.) Because we were with ASC so long, they understood us, our business and our needs and if necessary, were often able to make a decision that reflected our own (especially if we were away travelling). We have since sold both the business and the home but had occasion to communicate with ASC recently about another matter. Again, they were quite simply - wonderful. Highly respectful, honest and efficient. If you are wondering which security service to use, I sincerely doubt you would find better peace of mind than the service ASC offer.

Will share your personal information with police. Will set you up. If your not home and police want to speak to you they will call you and tell you there is movement detected in a particular room and you should go home to see, police were waiting.

Australian Security help and maintain their customers with support for years and are a dependable service provider. Recommend them for small to large installations. Great backup team.

Glenn was really helpful and offered us a really quick and thorough service. The company also call in regularly if anyone is on the premises without prior approval. It helps us feel so secure!
