It's the people that make this company great. Right from it's inception many years ago they've tried, very deliberately, to be a mainstay of Australian manufacturing and jobs. It's people like this that have built this country and made it the great place to live that it is. I've got gear bought from this mob 15 years ago that's operating in very harsh conditions and still going strong. It's quality gear with great backup support.
Jack was absolutely fantastic in fixing our back to base alarm. We have had other company technicians to our home and they couldn’t fix the problem. One call from Jack and he could fix it over the phone. I highly recommend NESS for your house alarm.
I spoke to Jack from NESS alarm system he assisted me with tech support he was so patient and very helpful and pleasant to talk to helped me with an unexpected alarm trigger which set off my alarm system. Highly recommended Jack he has awesome customer service and knows how to keep a customer calm . Well done Jack you deserve an award.

I’ve used Ness for over 25 years, in multiple properties. Their system, service and communication has been outstanding. I also love the fact that they give you the option to pay off a new system in very manageable payments, along with their monitoring fee. Excellent value. Jack has been amazing helping us with the problems we have had with our GSM. Personal attention and customer service doesn't get better than this! Jack's assistance, advice and understanding (that I am not a tech person) and patience in talking me through setting up the new GSM was fantastic.
