Micron Alarm Supplies

Cannot recommend their services or products. I contacted their seven hills office for technical help and possibly recommendations on a product upgrade to our intercom system (which is a Micron system). I was flatly advised over the phone to "go and speak to your installer" as the seven hills office Micron Alarms is a wholesaler and were not interested in giving any product advice/ recommendations/ technical help. So we are stuck with a pretty poor system in our home with woeful customer service from the manufacturer.

Highly recommend Micron Alarm Supplies. We have been using them as our main supplier for 40 years now and have found them to be very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Purchased additional remotes from here, staff were helpful, minimal waiting time at pickup bay (gets busy sometimes) great customer service. Cheers

Poor call back service, message taken by receptionist but never call back. Wht is the point of buying Bosch products when they cant keep up with tech support.

I have just moved into a new property that has a Micron Intercom, CCTV and Bosch Alarm System, No idea how to use them. Tom was a fantastic help, has sent through manuals on all products and also put us in touch with licensed installers who have assisted, Cheers Tom, great service

Called on a late Friday afternoon and spoke to Shaun for some technical support. Bit on the impatient side and diagnosis was not correct, but looking past that he led me in the right direction and problem was solved. Highly appreciate.
