One of their drivers nearly ran us over at a pedestrian crossing where we had right of way and then had the nerve to argue with us about it

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! This is the second encounter I have had with Wilson Security and its been unprofessional every time. I prepaid my parking spot at Novetel Hotel Parking in Hay Market over the weekend 11.11.2023 as I was attending an event. I arrived at the car park, tapped my card on that ticket machine before entering and everything seemed to be ok. As soon as I left the event I came into the carpark, got into my car and headed for the exit. I tapped my card the same way I entered but was stopped at the exit. The ticket machine came up with a message saying "NO DATA VALID" so I tried tapping my card again and still nothing. I pushed the help button and advised the lady that I pre paid before coming so the lady asked me my rego. I provided all information as requested and yet this woman couldn't find my details on her end and was being very rude - I wasn't sure if she cut me off or if it was the connection but I didn't hear her voice again. So I pushed the help button again and another lady came on so I explained what is happening and had to provide my details again and asked her that everything has already been paid for but again she couldn't find my details. It took about 10 mins for this lady to find it after repeating myself over and over again trying to be patient and I was only being nice so that I could leave. Finally they say my details were confirmed over the intercom thing and I asked the lady to please let me out but she wouldn't do it because I didn't ask nicely which I did! I asked if there was an issue opening the gate and she said no and said maybe if you speak nicely then she will let me out?? I told her if you do not let me out I'm going to contact the police as I had no way of getting out and have already paid so I'm not sure why she was trying to keep me in. I asked to speak to her supervisor as it was getting onto midnight and I had kids in the back screaming but there was silence on her end which is extremely unprofessional. She said no she will not be giving details and that I needed to change my attitude before she opens it?? She finally opened the gate as soon as I was on the phone with the police and told me over the intercom to "have a nice day and remember not to come back" This woman was being so rude for no reason and telling me that I need to learn manners and would NOT give over her name. I'm not sure why she was giving attitude to me in the first place as it seemed like there was issues on her end not mine!!! and I get that it was late and maybe her system wasn't working well or there was poor connection but still there is no need to be such a cow and trapping me in the carpark just to annoy me even though I have already paid. I did not swear or speak to her inappropriately, so I'm not sure where these woman are getting this sense of entitlement from and I think they are getting away with it because of how they are talking. I wasn't the only one with issues getting out of that carpark that night, There was another couple at the other ticket machine trapped because of the lack of customer service!!!!

Unprofessional and abusive Wilson security guard at Woolworths Town Hall Station. 13/7/2023 - around 7:30PM, lower floor Woolworths Town Hall Guard swore at customer as he was asking him to leave which is unnecessary and unprofessional. I understand that guards deal with a lot but there job is to diffuse situations not to aggravate them by swearing at customers.

Wilson security is indeed with out any doubt is a FIVE START ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Security company. I Highly recommend for static patrols alarm responses and all other services they provide. They are honest loyal polite & friendly On time and money for value.

OMG absolutely mortified at the RUDENESS & NO customer service skills at all. SHAME ON WILSONS how do you hold a master licence ??????
