I contacted this Alarm Doctor about an issue with my Bosch home alarm system, and they were incredibly helpful from the start. They quickly identified the problem and provided a reliable temporary fix to keep everything running safely until the full job can be completed. Their professionalism, clear communication, and willingness to help on short notice made a big difference. I’m really impressed with the service so far and look forward to the final job for repair. Basel from Alarm doctor is AMAZING. He was the only emergency alarm service who got back tome at 9pm on a Friday night when my alarm was accidentally going off. Obviously a stressful situation, but Basel was calm and kind. He talked me through the solution and was a real lifesaver. He then came the following Monday morning ro help fix the issue. Amazing company, amazing individual and I HIGHLY recommend their services.

Honesty could not recommend, alarm doctor more. From the beginning basel was so helpful and genuinely so nice and re assuring. No one was willing to help as it was the weekend but basel stayed on the phone and talked me through exactly how to disarm the alarm while also managing to make sure I am being safe.
