Good person with simple question at canadian consulate,sydney cbd, treated poorly by mss security and threatened on 2nd may 2024,1030am.no consulate office staff in office.Doesnt reflect values of smile by security.all happened in front of lady visitor at consulate.when complained,the general manager,mss security responded that this threatening response to a gentleman polite senior is compliant with their procedures.no action was taken against the staff.

I visited the citizenship office at 10am to 11:30am. A matured man, Tim, working in immigration citizenship office in Lee Street, Sydney provided highly professional services to all applicants. While I am waiting and observing how he helps all applicants, particular those non-English background people with nice tone and explains verything detailly. I do appreciate what Tim does to all of us waiting outside the office.Thank you Tim.

The lizard guy at the darts was very unprofessional, had no empathy for all the patrons that were trying to have fun and not misbehaving, he was almost acting like a bully at school. I felt unsafe around him and he also spilled my drink. I didn't manage to get his name but he looks like the lizard guy off monsters inc.

Great company! Very professional and helpful staff in Rostering, HR and Business Managers. True leaders of the security industry, well and truly above any other security company.

The staff are rude and aggressive with no ability to communicate a simple instruction - hire if you want no return trade. Behaviour could well be described as menacing to a point of threatening.

Well done MSS ... famous and all over the world for all the wrong reasons.
