I need to share the excellent experience and the appreciation of the service we have had with Ara and the prompt service provided. I would like to congratulate Ara - He provides excellent and exemplary customer service at a very short notice to deal with an Alarm issue we had. Being a customer centric person myself, where the customer’s/ client’s needs must be addressed, and we need to have good stakeholder management to ensure we are delivering the service to ensure that the process is completed to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. It is extremely difficult and unusual to get good technician customer service nowadays and it was always a refreshing experience for us to engage with Ara. Highly recommend Alarm Forever. With so many different security camera out in the market it was good to come across Ara who is extremely knowledgeable in Security/CCTV installation. He took him time to understand my requirements and recommended CCTV that would fit my needs. He demonstrated patience & understanding. He demonstrated professionalism towards his clients. Ara did extensive scope of electrical and security work for my & my parents home of significant monetary value. His quality of work is exceptional and strongly feel he is best in the industry when it comes to security. He kept me updated through out the scope of work. 5 stars all day every day for Ara. I’ve used Ara to install 8 cameras at my house and was a very professional hassle free job, he is very easy to deal with, knowledgeable and professional. Price was right on what we budgeted for and a heap cheaper than other quotes. My system played up 4 years later (now) I call Ara up for help and he was straight here and sorted the problem for me (new hard drive) and fixed a broken camera I had, also helped me reinstall app on my fone for the cameras that I was having trouble with. This guy is a legend that I’ll keep using now, nothing is a problem and very trustworthy to have in your house. 5 stars all the way.
