If you’re a venue, don’t hire this company. Plenty of other better companies out there that teach their door staff how to speak to patrons. I’m a licensee myself and I would be mortified if my guards spoke to patrons the way the guard at the door of the "locker room" did tonight. I asked to speak to a manger on duty and was told to get lost. Not approaching intoxication at all, guess I’ll add this company to my blacklist. Laundy hotels, be better.

Regarding security at the locker room in Olympic park on 25-03: Security is a joke. I'ma bar owner and licensee myself and security told me we couldn't come in due to a "lockout" '... this isn't a thing. Legally... not a thing. Security got super aggressive and dismissive with me when I questioned it. We've been coming here for years after gigs and this is the first time this has happened. Beyond disappointing. I repeatedly asked to speak to a manager on shift and he dismissed me several times and said he wouldn't tell me who the manager is. This is incredibly poor form, regardless of venue. Never had such a bad experience in my life and definitely nothing l'd ever allow in my venues. We've been here after many gigs before and honestly this treatment tonight was worse than people treat animals. I was spoken to like I'm an idiot and was repeatedly lied to my face about licensing laws. Will be telling all hospo how much of a joke this place. If you’re going to quote licensing laws, at else know what you’re talking about

was at a national park where they are the security , i pulled up as the guy was locking the gate and cause he wasn’t in a good mood , he locked us in then drove off then the phone lady proceeded to laugh at us until she got 250 out of us to leave "family" run business but im currently with the police and they told us what you guys did is disgusting! will be taking this further, i seen your cameras too! disgusting behaviour
