From quote to finished product, Securelux have a slick and seamless process. The salesperson was not only very well informed on the product, but also friendly and responsive to my silly questions during the process. The team that fitted the product were true pros, highly skilled, knowledgeable and efficient. The other thing that struck me was that they too were extremely friendly, happy and courteous. Securelux did the crimsafe on our doors 2 years ago and have now installed crimsafe on our windows. The process was straightforward from start to finish. They were even able to install the screens ahead of schedule!
