He was professional, knowledgeable throughout the installation process, and he went the extra mile to ensure a seamless experience. They were able to come out and assess the property for optimal camera placement. Flexible in what options were available and very professional with a seamless installation. The cameras are fantastic quality. It is great knowing my family are safe and we have OzSpy support going forward.

From the initial contact I was impressed with Kay's knowledge and professionalism. I was reasonably confident I knew what I required from my home security system however Kay did clarify some issues and advised in relation to preferred systems. His recommendations were customer focused and not profit driven. Kay is extremely confident and competent within the IT field which shows. More than happy to recommend OzSpy (Geelong) to anyone wanting a security system for home or workplace. I should add, a couple of small issues arose after installation, response was immediate and issues resolved in timely manner. A1 for customer service.

Kay helped me activate the cctv system installed by previous owner. He is kind, thoughtful and respectful, and he knows his stuff. Smoothly sorted everything out, showed me what I needed to know, and left me (at my request) to figure out my new system. I know I can go back to him if there’s anything I can’t figure out. Purchased security cameras and alarm system from Ozspy (Geelong). They were very responsive during quoting and gave a very competitive price. Installation dragged out too long though (apparently the regular installer was away and a replacement was used). Apart from the delays, everything else is good. Especially happy with the camera system!

Very happy with Kay's work. He is prompt, reliable and very professional. He was able to help us understand and navigate through different security systems. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing complex security systems at an affordable price.

We got Kay to come and fit 2 additional cameras to our system, he did an awesome job. He fitted the cameras and ran the cables, set the cameras up to get the best view and made sure it was all working properly. I can't recommend Kay highly enough, if you need any security services, he's the guy to get nothing is to much trouble and we will always use him from now on. Helen, Moz and Georgie the Bulldog.
