Sunstate Security has now installed state of the art security cameras in 4 of our Companies across Australia and New Zealand. All cameras are linked on the one system for easy access and support. We recently had security cameras installed at our house. Prior to our purchase we did a lot of research and Sunstate was the only company that provided a complete home demonstration which gave us an opportunity to see exactly how the system would suit our needs. The salesperson allocated to us was Phil and he advised us of all our options to make an information decision. Phil has been very professional and helpful, throughout the sale and setup of our security system, we are exceedingly grateful to him for his efficient business acumen. He has also made an after sale follow up visit to make sure that we were familiar with all the functions of the cameras, providing us with complete instructions. The Technician that did the installation was Michael. He was also very efficient, polite. He took care and paid great attention to detail; with the installation. Recently installed a Hikvision CCTV system from Sunstate. All of the staff there were extremely professional and helpful throughout, from sales to installation and after-sales support. Fred from the sales team was very knowledgeable, responsive and great to work with. He went out of his way to ensure that I had the products that met my requirements. My first experience with them was good. They came out and fixed my problem. The next time we had problems with our system they came out and convinced us that we need to upgrade our recorder to solve the problem. After changing our recorder over and paying hours of labour costs parts of our system is still not working. In fact we can't use some features that were working prior to their visit. They then told us the problem was our wall unit. Which they ordered for us and was due in May 2022. We are still waiting for them to contact us. I have rang them 6 tines with the promise of a call back.. Try looking up invoice number 22865

Great experience from Phil at Sunstate for work done at JUCY Gold Coast. After making initial call he came out the next week and assessed our broken cameras. The following 2 days from that we had new cameras installed and a better system than our last. Highly recommend if you are after a professional installation with prompt and easy service
