Outstanding customer service from Wayne and the team! In the past years I've been going to Bunnings for key cutting, but always have to do multiple trips as a lot of time just don't work. First visit to Wayne sorted out most of my issue with keys I have, and there is one key we coudn't get it to match 100%, Wayne help to cut another one for me to try first at no extra cost, then cut the rest once it work with the obscure barrel in a garage emergency release. Thank you Wayne and the team, def will come to you guys for keys and locks!

Brought in a combination floor safe i inherited when i bought a new home. Had no idea how to work it. I thought it was seized. They had me come in and very patiently explained how to use it. Very grateful for their time and patience and the charge was just a standard service call. Top marks for Chris and Kel. Highly recommend
These guys were amazing, they came out at 2am during a time of emergency and tried their best to help me get a locksmith in the dead of the night, on top of that they ensured that I was safely inside and the job was well done. Going above and beyond I am well and truly impressed and would honestly contact these again if I am ever in a time of need like that again. Big shout out to Kel for his sincere help and amazing customer service.
We locked ourselves out of our unit early on a Sunday morning and called KGB Locksmiths for help. They had a locksmith on-site within an hour, and within 15 minutes we were back inside. Ethan was extremely professional, friendly and very easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. Excellent service and highly recommended!
Had recently purchased a new house and the owners had left behind an old safe, including the original invoice from 1980 and the instructions etc but not the code. I called Kel from KGB Security who spend over 30 minutes over the phone helping me reconfigure the safe so now have it working correctly. Super helpful and I’m really grateful for his time and expertise. Highly recommended.
