Guy working this morning didn't have a clue about their used safes, said he didn't have keys to most of them so I couldn't look inside, no information about any pricing of any, or rough delivery costs to my area. Told me to come back Monday and speak to a boss. Didn't seem interested in trying to sell a safe at all. I called yesterday to ask if I needed an appointment for a Saturday visit and was told no. I turned up with $3k cash to buy a safe and left very disappointed. Will not be returning and definitely would not recommend to anyone.
I am from SA but reached out to KGB regarding used safe online (Brissy based) , got connected with Kel , what an absolute gentleman, upon realising that I am calling from interstate he suggested a trusted business in Adelaide and gave some handy tips.
Very professional and efficient. Zach only took 15 mins to inspect and rekey my lock. Good price for the service. I'm very happy with KGB

I sent KGB an online query regarding identifying an old safe I have. After sending them a couple of photo's they rang me personally with the age, model and specifications. Even though there was no chance of them making anything out of it as I'm on the wrong side of Australia, they couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent service.
Such a smug arrogant response Kel. How about you improve your service instead of being so dismissive of your customers. My reviews are a reflection of lousy businesses just like yours. I see many negative reviews on your business. Have you thought to ask why? Your dismissiveness is exactly the same way you spoke to me in person and over the phone. You love to interrupt people when they speak and you are so condescending, just like you are in this response. Perhaps that’s the reason why you earnt all the negative reviews. Mine isn’t the only one, and it’s not my fault you can’t give good service. Why don’t you focus more on improving your business instead of stalking people on the internet. This is quite creepy.
