I recently had the pleasure of working with Kailem for my pool care needs, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Kailem was incredibly professional, punctual, and thorough. He cleaned the pool thoroughly, balanced the chemicals perfectly, and even gave me some helpful tips for maintenance! Recommended!

I have to agree with Chantelle review, on the initial first service and interaction left a great impression. Subsequently from there it’s left a lot to be desired. I had to follow up for the 2nd service ( never had to done that before with any other company usually added to a monthly roster straight away) to be met with can’t do that for weeks you do know it’s busy and coming up to Christmas, felt like it was a hassle to ask for a service. Finally received the second service The pressure on the cleaner was turned down and left down by Kailem by his own admission so it wasn’t moving around the pool, I sent Kailem follow up texts which were ignored for weeks then followed up again to receive one at 0545 refusing to fix the issue and that he has so many other customers will not be returning to rectify I have never such terrible customer service Certainly a trend do not recommend this business

What an incredible service. We woke up to a green pool and within the day the amazing team at Poseidon Pool Care came out and reassured us. They did a whole check over our pool machine and cleaned our chlorinator and added everything it needed. We woke up the next day to our sparkling blue pool. We plan to continue to get these guys out every month because they won’t just look after our pool but will educate us and keep an eye on all our pool equipment. Above and beyond our past pool services. Such a great team! Couldn’t ask for better service.

I was having problems with an air bubble in my pipes so it wasn’t pumping water, and because I was struggling financially and a distance away, Callum offered to FaceTime me so I could get the filter working again. Thank you so much, I wish we weren’t so far away I’d definitely have you do the maintenance on my pool all the time
