Impressive service. My pool cleaner was not working properly. QPS salesgirl took my device for repairs and gave me a replacement device for the interim. I was impressed with this gesture. QPS got it serviced and repaired- didn’t charge . Excellent customer service and after sales. Hard to find both together these days.
Only place to go! Sorted me out yesterday as pool in such a state with Algae despite me battling to get it right for weeks, with the products & advice they gave me within 12 Hours pool was sparkling again. Their honest approach has earned them our trust.
