Highly experienced technicians that always deliver a superior level of service. Pool is left sparkling and the service is very reasonably priced. If you’re looking for a professional pool service I would highly recommend Poolwerx Robina.

These guys give great service and great advice. We have had a few issues with our pool over the last year (nothing major but annoying). They aren’t in it for the quick dollars, they have offered us great solutions that have saved money. They are building a long term business built on old fashioned values and service. I wish them all the luck in the future. I think I speak for all pool owners who want the right advice and don’t want to be sold chemicals they don’t need, these guys don’t do that.
The best pool shop in the town, I kept changing the store until I found this one. Very nice staff, knowledgeable, kind young people. And also the very close to my home.
These folks are great. I was going to another company and even after 5 months they still had problems balancing chlorine. Either way too high or zero. Poolwerx balanced it perfectly in two visits. I then went on holiday and had someone else looking after the pool. They "forgot" to check on it so I returned home to a green pool. I mean a REALLY green pool. Debris blocked the skimmer and chlorinator stopped. Poolwerx fixed it very quickly. Extremely knowledgable and friendly staff. I strongly recommend.
Awful experience. Handed over my pool pump to see whether worth repairing on Sat 27 Oct and was advised I’d get a call back on Tuesday. No call back so I contacted them Sat 3rd Nov. The guy laughed and said my pump was stuffed. They then quoted me $730 for a Astral E230 which is available for $450 elsewhere. When I declined and asked for my pump back they said it had been put in the bin. Enter the shop at your wallets risk.
Absolutely hopeless had to come in for the last 2 weeks nearly every day that could not get the pool right always selling me something different each time not happy
