Had/having a great experience with Torino’s Plumbing! They handled my drainage, rough-in, and fit-out, for our ensuite and powder room and we are currently in progress with our main bathroom. Honestly, everything went super smoothly. The team was always on time, super easy to communicate with, and any little issues that popped up were sorted out really quickly. If you want a reliable and very well priced plumber who knows what they are doing I would definitely recommend them and will be calling them again for any future plumbing work! Sam was fantastic! He fixed our leaky tap quickly and was right on time. He took the time to show me exactly what he was doing and why, and answered all of my questions without any rush. Our water tank ruptured, leaving the units with no hot water. After calling a couple of plumbers on a Sunday, I found Torino's Plumbing Solutions. The service they gave me was amazing. Offered a solution for my problem. Rang me back and on the Monday morning the team was at my place at 7am. Took the old water tank out and by that time the new tank was there. Installed it in several hours with new parts that made the system even better. The whole process was completed within twenty four hours and at close to the price I was quoted. Hot water was restored.
