Mark looked into our major plumbing issue and provided us with all the information we needed to consider. His team worked tirelessly and completed the job within 3 days. It was the first time I needed to call a plumber and I had absolutely no idea about prices when my bathroom floor was covered in water when I woke up. I rung up Proximity and Kelsi spoke to me on the phone, she sent someone around within 15 mins and they fixed the issue and helped me clean up also. I can't thank you enough, it meant a lot to me! 10/10 service
