First annual service for my split system. The attending team of two were, as the company name suggests, efficient. They resolved the initial problem of partially blocked drain and explained in good detail the general service that was part of the appointment.

We had a Daikin 14kW reverse cycle system installed two weeks ago, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Dean, the salesperson, was excellent — he clearly explained the different system options and came out for an onsite inspection, which really helped us make an informed decision. A big thank you to the installation team: Declan, Rory, Oscar, and Brendon. They did a fantastic job — professional, efficient, and very courteous, especially since we have a little one at home. They took the time to explain how everything works and made sure we were comfortable using the new system. They really live up to their name — genuinely efficient! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality air conditioning installation and excellent customer service.

Had a Braemar Dominator system installed this week. From the initial quote, to the installation, it has been a seamless, stress free experience. We had a another quote for a similar amount from a larger firm, however this didn't include new ducting in the ceiling or new vents which was included, as well as new vents in both upstairs bathrooms. The guys did a great job installing the new system. When they left you would not have known they had been here. The system itself is great. I would highly recommend Efficient Pure Plumbing.

Brandon and Luke and the team were fantastic during install. Very respectful, communicative, always on time and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. The overall service from EPP was excellent, very responsive to enquiries and tech support when required and arranged same day solution when we encountered a technical issue which was rectified same day. This is the first time I engaged the company to provide maintenance services for heating and air appliances for my new built home. At first I was a bit reluctant as everything has been working normally, but when i met Mick, the technician, who is really professionally, helpful and transparent has reassured my decision. A very good service from start to finish. Quoting was honest, fair and transparent. Install was fast and there was good communication throughout the whole process on timeline. We even had a small issue during install which was handled very quickly and installers came to me with solutions and timeframes on fixing the issue. Really happy with the system, it works very well (as expected for a Daikin) and the process of getting it was very good. Have already recommended them to family.
