Had one blocked toilet due to tree root invasion and a 2nd toilet that wasn't flushing property. Jason, Freddy, Graham and the rest of the team were very professional and responsive to our concerns. They were prompt and finished this big job including digging and replacing damaged pipes and replace two toilets in two days as estimated. We couldn't be happier with the quality and professionalism of the job at reasonable rates. Highly recommended!

Received junk mail from this business when my mailbox is clearly marked "no junk mail". They should pick better mailbox drop contractors that are able to follow the rules to avoid giving their business a bad name. I contacted the company directly last time this occurred and didn't receive a response - unprofessional.

Highly recommend! I contacted Clearwater Plumbing after two previous plumbers, hundreds of dollars wasted on issues that still weren't resolved. Graeme pinpointed the problem and offered solutions immediately. Within hours, we were sent quotes with multiple options, all our questions attended to right away and a day booked for the repairs. On the day of the works, Freddy and Deegan showed up at the exact time that was promised. They did a great job in installing new toilets. We had a minor issue few days later but again, within 24hrs, it was attended to and resolved. The whole process, from customer service to the works carried out was reliable and professional which is a rarity these days. It's been a refreshing change from our previous experiences so well done to the team!

Fantastic service provided by Deegan and Freddy. Very happy with responsiveness in providing options to resolve our plumbing issues. Really awesome team. I highly recommend them! Jason really took the time to explain the process and answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. Freddy did an incredible job setting up the gas for my stove top and worked around all of the existing infrastructure. Great attention to detail, super friendly and communicative. Could not be happier with the experience. EDIT: I realised I can't leave another review, but I reached out to the team for another job and they were once again, extremely helpful professional and super resourceful. Andrew and Deegan did a great job with installation which involved navigating a joist. Really happy with their workmanship, would recommend 1000x times over.

I will definitely be calling on Clearwater Plumbing Services for my future plumbing needs. From start to finish, it was a great experience. Jason provided me with clear options and honest quotes (compared to two other companies) and took the time to explain the work involved. He also gave me great advice and helped me to source a tap accessory. Freddy and Deegan came the next day to carry out the work and they were very efficient, thorough and tidy. There was nothing for me to clean up in the kitchen and laundy when they finished. Their cheerfulness and politeness was an added bonus.
