Pinot & Picasso Manly

Ava was lovely but she was underprepared. She hadn't been told how many people had booked or been given a list of names and initially said she didn't have enough equipment, sending me into a meltdown as I had organised 12 of us to be there (there were only 2 others). Eventually she found more canvasses averting a disaster but that delayed our start somewhat even though we finished at 5. I never started painting until 2.40 but I did go and order food and drink once the debacle over the equipment was sorted. It was a shame as everyone eventually had a fun time.

Absolutely had the most amazing time with my friends for a hens party, the instructor was wonderful and made sure we all had a good time and we were all happy with our creations.

Unfortunately we haven’t had a good experience with this company which has left us disappointed. My partner booked a session for a date night via their website and unfortunately after payment we were told there was a private function on that night so the session was cancelled. Since then my partner has dropped in physically to the location where he explained he wanted a refund. The employee who was in that night took his details as they didn’t have the authority to do a refund. My partner has tried to contact them via mobile and has had no response. It’s been months now. No refund or communications to resolve the issue. We would have been happy to rebook another session had they have been in contact. We hope that it’s just a misunderstanding but that’s our experience.

I cannot recommend this studio enough. Location is walk distance from the beach to enjoy food before/after event. Atmosphere is cosy and peoples really friendly and professional. I even put my art ️ on the wall Customer services was absolutely awesome where they fix my issues straight away very positively. You are in safe hands with this studio. Please enjoy

We loved our session with Ava, she was very engaging and walked us through each step of the process. For someone that isn't creative, I'm really impressed with the artwork I now have and would absolutely recommend Pinot & Picasso!

Shocking experience! This was the second time they stuffed our booking up. We paid in advance, got there half an hour early to find out there was no grazing plate we ordered. Went to get food and drinks, came back to find out we weren’t even booked in, even though we paid in advance 4 weeks ago and received an email from Nick to say we were confirmed!! The girl said she could squeeze us in but there was no room left!! The girl could have told us when we got there early that we weren’t booked in, if we had stayed there, she would have had to turn other people away!! What a joke!
