Alan is an absolute gentleman! We live in Port Macquarie, but my wife was alone in Manly and had a very stressful and unsettling issue which was time sensitive. We don't know anyone in the area and were desperate for help when I rang Alan after finding him on Google. Alan responded with complete understanding and support. He was on a job but dropped everything to assist! Not many people in the trades would do this, but after hearing the story he couldn't do enough to help. He was brilliant on the phone and despite my concern for my wife's situation, he calmly offered assistance. Alan did an amazing job on our house. We had a number of supporting poles that were rotting and in need of replacement. He came in and worked through almost constant rain to get the job done and left the place cleaner than he found it. Can't recommend him highly enough.
