I engaged Active 24:7 Locksmiths in November to supply and program two new keys for my Toyota Prado. Unfortunately, after three separate visits, the job was still not completed, the alarm could not be disabled, and I was left with no working keys and a vehicle that remained immobilised for almost four weeks. Despite this, I was charged $1,040, and the keys were never provided to me. I had no choice but to engage another locksmith (All Pro Locksmiths, Port Macquarie), who completed the entire job, including programming, within one hour. Communication was inconsistent, I was repeatedly left waiting for updates, and when I requested a refund for the incomplete service, the business declined and insisted the payment was a non-refundable deposit, even though the scope of work was not delivered and I received no usable outcome. I have since lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading. This review reflects my personal experience so others can make an informed decision.

Car key cut. Friendly staff. Up front on price. Cut my key in 5 or 10 minutes. Works perfectly. Parking was also good , right out front

Helpful and quick service only problem was finding them as the location was not accurate on Google maps. We have tried to edit the location but it appears to not have made any difference.
