Azure Pools Mid North Coast

When we decided to get a pool it can be a scary process especially when you google and or hears horror stories. We did our research which kept taking us back to Azure Pools, I actually don’t think we found one bad one! For the two owners Nathan and Sam I just want to say you guys were amazing, communication *****, reliability *****, respect *****, attention to detail ***** We would highly recommend theses guys and their team including the backend support of the office team. Highly recommend Sam and Nathan from Azure pools. From start to finish they were so thorough and communicated well. Even with some unexpected weather they continued with no disruptions to us. They were always professional, punctual and maintained the site well. We consulted a number of companies prior to our decision and they were by far the most accomodating and easy to work with. We are so happy with the results and looking forward to summer!

From the initial visit to the finished product Sam and Nathan were the most exceptional and very caring company to deal with. The nature in which they conducted themselves and ensuring we were consulted in all aspects of the layout was exactly what we were after. For such a small team we could not have asked for more. We worked with Azure Pools over a period of almost 12 months over 2023/24 in order to appropriately plan and install our gorgeous pool. Sam, Nathan and the whole team were incredibly generous with their time and their advice, explaining the process to us step by step and ensuring that we were achieving our aims. During the installation the team were respectful, personable and professional, and we looked forward to having them on site each day. The Azure team went above and beyond to help us with advice and assistance on fencing, tiling, compliance…. All the different aspects of this complex operation! The work the team completed was accurate and they took a great amount of care in ensuring the outcome was faultless. We cannot recommend Sam, Nathan and the whole Azure team highly enough. Thanks Azure, for completely brightening up our courtyard and our home!

Sam and Nathan were awesome. They just finished a pool install at my place and were awesome to deal with. The customer service was 10 out of 10 and nothing was a problem. I’ve never owned a pool before and was a bit nervous but from the very first quote, Sam explained the process and kept us up to date. Rachael in the office was awesome too. I highly recommend Azure Pools. I’ve learnt I’m the 5th person in the street to have a pool installed by Azure Pools so recommendations don’t come any better than that.
