At the beginning, the price discussed over the phone was $250, but when they arrived at my door, it became $390. It felt like a bit of a scam. There was nothing I could do at that point, and I felt really bad. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

Needed a spare smart key for my Kia in Burnley. Matt came out with all the gear and had everything sorted in under 20 minutes. Great mobile locksmith service.

Absolutely shocking. Replaced our door lock with a lock that locks from the outside. Was not consulted. Damaged the door handle and the lock on the inside does not line up anymore. Came back due to request as I wanted what I had, a lock that your manually lock from the outside (so kids dont lock themselves out) and he once again gave me sub standard service with a key that turns over 360 to lock with no satisfying click. Then had the audacity to try and charge a call out fee. Installing a lock that I was not consulted on firstly. Damage done to door fixture. Lock on the inside not lining. I was hesitant when I tried it and he told me to try it and call him if its an issue. Not a professional installation what so ever. Substandard for $350! Do not waste your money!
