The technician, Steve, was incredibly professional and friendly throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain all the features and functions of the system in a way that was easy to understand, which gave me a lot of confidence in using the new setup. What impressed me most was how he managed to integrate the system into our older wiring—not an easy task—while working around intermittent showers of rain. Despite the challenging conditions, Steve stayed calm, focused, and delivered a neat, reliable installation. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and customer care these days. I highly recommend G-Solar for anyone considering a battery system. Their professionalism and attention to detail are outstanding!

The team were efficient, courteous and kept me updated during the installation process. They tidied their work area after completion and took the time to explain the system and how to use the system App. The admin team were excellent. They were wonderful to work with from the initial enquiry through to completion of the work. Very easy to deal with and no question was too much trouble. Great job again. Had battery fitted this time. Very happy! Advice was perfect and now no electricity from grid. Other companies tried to sell me battery based on price to get a sale and not my actual needs. Very little extra cost for 30% more power. Excellent service and installation.

From quote to installation Grant and the team have been professional, provided relevant information and completed the installation without any dramas. Bryson completed the installation of the battery storage system in a day and left the area spotless. I fully recommend G-Solar and if you move quickly the Federal Rebate applies which is a great saving.
