Amazing service fantastic communication and good pricing My air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the high temperatures we were having. Rang several places and it was weeks to book appointment. When I spoke to Sam (receptionist) they squeezed me in straight away and were able to repair straight away but then needed extra part so had to keep vehicle overnight. I was visiting Cairns for a short time and unfortunately my car started having issues and these guys were able to fit me in on such short notice. I had to get 2 hoses and my cluster replaced. The turn around to get the issue rectified was roughly 2 weeks. Throughout the 2 weeks these guys were so transparent, they texted me with an update regularly or gave a phone call and their customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend these guys!

What a fantastic experience meeting Brett and Sam. They are really nice, genuine, friendly and honest people. We had them install an Enerdrive DC2DC unit in our motorhome and also fix other assorted electrical problems we had. Brett was amazing and his technical knowledge and customer service skills are both first class. He was able to satisfy all our requirements and complete the work in a timeframe which was more than adequate and even the end price was less than we expected. They do everything from mechanical repairs and service on your vehicle, to install a new sound system or an interlock device if you are required to fit that. They do great work in their workshop and even have mobile service vehicles for onsite work. Their ability to complete such a wide range of work and services really sets them apart from the competition and knowing you are getting first class work and the best price as well, just can't be beaten. Get these guys to look after you and you will not be disappointed.
