Watkins Electrical always come & fix our electrical problems. The electricians are excellent, Dean is great!! The office staff are very helpful & efficient!! We found Watkins Electrical a fantastic company, the best in Hervey Bay. The residents need to use this company for electrical & smoke alarms, excellent workmanship. Highly Recommend!!!! Had new smoke alarms (blue tooth & hardwired) installed in 2 of our properties. Quotes were carried out within 2 days of my call & work carried out at an agreed time. On time, friendly, informative and cleaned up after themselves. A great team (office ladies included) Jake was brilliant to deal with, very approachable and thorough.

Lovely receptionist took all our details and organised a sparky for us in a few days time, sparky turned up with an offside promptly at 0730 and went straight to work troubleshooting problems. He was thorough and very courteous. He told us the problem and asked if we wanted to proceed with ordering parts. He left and phoned us within 10 minutes to tell us availability and cost of part then ordered it. Very impressive service, great tradies, very respectful and no bother to have in our house. Our go to from now on and highly recommended A1 service

Employed Watkins Electrical (Hervey Bay & Maryborough) to run infrastructure to an isolation switch. Required them to run heavy cable to cater for end use, Watkins were asked to run 10mm cable. Upon arrival they told me they would use 6mm cable and it would be adequate, just before the work was finished I questioned the electrician about the cable he had used only to find he had only used 4mm cable. Watkins Electrical will now not respond to any phone calls or emails and will not give any assurance the work they performed is adequate or safe.

Great company. Had an issue with my solar system. Technician came when he said he would and fixed it ,showed me the problem. Great price . Very happy customer.
