I was having problems with faulty electrics in my Hyundai and a friend recommended this business. From the get-go the staff were so very helpful and professional. I left my car in their capable hands for a diagnosis, fully expecting my vehicle to undergo very expensive work due to damage in the March flood. I rang 2 hours later to be told the problem had been fixed and my car was ready to be picked up. The cost was minimal and the time taken was minimal but the service, knowledge and honesty was maximum. From my experience, I cannot recommend this business highly enough. After many different wrong opinions given I went to Pialba Auto Electrics to find why my almost Brand New battery was going flat if I didn't drive for two days, within a relatively short amount of time they diagnosed the light switch on my car was faulty, ordered and installed new device. Pialba auto elec would have to be one of the best business models in Hervey Bay. Just had a BC DC charger fitted to van. Job done on time and under budget. All work very professionally done. Super impressed.

Had an important fuse melt on our caravan while we were travelling from Sydney to Mission Beach. It pretty much disabled our caravan and potentially threw our trip into chaos. Despite being busy, Pialba Auto Electrics fitted us in at very short notice and Neil profesionally replaced our melted fuse assembly with a more robust one (still fused at the recommended amps).
