Big thank you to Brent's latest help when my fairly new stove element stopped working. Brent happily came out to test it on a public holiday, explain where the fault was and advised how to obtain the necessary parts (saving his time and my pocket). Once I have the part he will return and install. Brent has done a lot of work at my house, especially when I stopped using gas and converted to all electrical. He is thorough and is very big on safety. Highly recommend him and he is someone I have no qualms about leaving in my home while he is working so I can get on with other things. He is trustworthy.

Brent has been an absolute pleasure to work with over the last weeks. He has been willing, thoughtful, respectful and honest, making a complex job easier for me to manage. My dog managed to crawl under the house and chew through the internet cables. Brent arrived quickly and crawled under the house to repair the cables. He had to take boards off to gain access and replaced them all in a tidy manner and took all the rubbish with him. He has also come to quote other jobs in my home and business and I appreciated his honesty in terms of necessity of job v cost, and me choosing to not go ahead with the jobs has never stopped him from coming back and quoting other jobs for me.
