Very thorough staff. Took the extra effort to ensure the card was legitimate and that someone hadn't hacked my account. Goods were on back order but were dispatched quickly. The courier was between Australia and New Zealand and arrived in a few days (tracking allowed me to see where it was). Goods were well packed and arrived in excellent condition. Very happy with their service and how quickly they responded to emails.
Ben helped me to troubleshoot an issue I had with a stepper motor and I managed to figure out the cause was a loose wire on the socket connecting to the laser. Lots of back and forth, but he kept offering good advice and service. Awesome to deal with someone who really wants to help. Much appreciated!

I had originally only wished to just purchase a data logger from OC to test some new equipment (which I did) but the service and know-how was excellent so I decided to engage them to assist me with a larger data controller configuration job. This was a proof of concept project and we had to make several modifications as we went, but nothing was too hard for Ben C from OC. Several months later and we have a functioning system and OC have a long-term customer in Macro Environmental Solutions!
