From the moment the Dean came around to do the site inspection all the way to completing the works, we were impressed with the quality of the works completed. The team that did the works Phil, Luke and the young apprentice were so professional, easy to work with and super flexible. We had a lot of work to be done making changes to our electrical set up on our new property which was amazing to see done. This was not the first time we engaged Watkins, yet they have amazed us again with the quality of work and professionalism of the team. Very happy with the service and the electrician who came did a good job replacing two lights. Also a safety check as one light had a fault and had ceased working. Thank you.
Called Matt on the after-hours number on Sunday evening, as we had a hot water cylinder go cold and the circuit breaker not staying on. Matt was able to get one of his guys out first thing Monday morning with the right part onboard and got our cylinder fixed in 30minutes. Highly recommended.
I would highly recommend Watkins Electrical for all your electrical needs. Rick and Oakley were professional, friendly and offered great alternatives for what we needed done. We had a solar panel relocated, power outlets and light fixtures installed. Not only do they look great they were done in a timely manner. We will definitely call on Watkins Electrical again when we get further in to our home renovations. Thanks again Rick and Oakley.
I’m a support worker. Jake and Jack from Watkins came to my clients residence and replaced some old light fixtures. The were extremely quick and professional but also friendly and approachable. They were very accommodating to my client. Excellent work!
Works performed were not fit for purpose, upon inspection and contacting Watkins they will not confirm the work performed is either satisfactory for the use or moreover safe. Definitely would not recommend.
This company was professional n friendly got the job done quickly. Nothing was too much trouble. Will be using again, highly recommended. Keep up the great work.
