Impeccable service! My hot water system died, I called Tanners they arrived quickly and were able to recommend a Plumber to attend the following day. They then also re-attend to connect system same day. Fast helpful and professional. Office staff were also so very helpful and provided amazing service as well.

Tanners attended a potential warranty service on our near new air-conditioning unit unit yesterday after a warranty claim was lodged. Impressive quick communication back, prompt attendance and excellent service. Highly impressed

Nick came to my home to install 5 smoke detectors, he was prompt, polite, a genuine nice young man. He explained the system thoroughly to me and left me feeling confident that I could deal with any issues that may arise.

Paid $80 and my fridge is still broken. They claim to be a National Luna repair center but couldn’t source something as simple as a temperature sensor. When I went to collect it (at the agreed time), it wasn’t ready—I had to wait 15 minutes while they reassembled it—and it was returned filthy. To make things worse, the technician later called to admit he left his own probe inside my fridge. Instead of owning his mistake he then essentially blackmailed me: either wait with my kids while he did what he called a "big job" to get his probe out, or pay him for the one he left in my fridge, otherwise he wouldn’t return my old part. Now I can’t even verify the diagnosis or find a replacement easily without the original probe. Totally unprofessional and disappointing. UPDATE: I managed to get the temperature probe for around $20 directly from National Luna—and I'm not even a repair center. I suspect Tanner Electrical staff need to learn how to read an invoice and understand where National Luna is actually located. They didn't quote in AUD; they quoted in ZAR (South African Rand), which is why they probably thought it was over $600. The part they claimed was impossible to source was readily available and affordable all along.
