A great help with caravan electrical issue with short notice as we visited Dubbo. Expertise and fair pricing much appreciated. Ken and Janina
We showed up this morning in our motorhome and Tim attended to our stuck brake lights as soon as we got there. He tried really hard to find the fault but after 20 minutes admitted it would take a long time to investigate and sort out. We opted to move on and Tim did not charge us for his time. That was excellent customer service and we would recommend DB auto to anyone requiring assistance. As it turned out the problem was not electrical at all but a desintegrated grommet under the brake switch .
Very rude. Can deal with the parts being overly expensive but when overcharged on the hours (our satellite tracking has proof of being parked there for far less than charged for) and when approached about it got his back up instantly and said it is what it is deal with it! Would never use again.

Great people. .fixed my problem on my refrigerator trailer and my way with in 40 min thats what we need in the refrigerated transport. ....
