CRANBOURNE SPLIT SYSTEMS

Nathan and his team did an incredible job installing our split system. They were punctual and efficient, and the whole process from booking the quote appointment to full installation was very easy. Nathan was honest and friendly, and explained everything clearly to us. He arrived right on time for our quote meeting, and again on installation day. Communication was great and the whole process from organising the quote to installation was only 4 weeks during a very busy time of year. I highly recommend Nathan and the team at Cranbourne Split Systems.

Amazing job! Nathan quoted us for 2 split systems, one 7.1kw for the kitchen meals area and the other a 2.5kw system for our master bedroom, Nathan quoted on Thursday evening and we had them installed same week on Saturday , Nathan and Todd were so professional and it definitely shows in the work that they do and they clean up after , couldn’t be more happier and so reasonably priced, we installed Mitsubishi systems I have already engaged their services for our house that we are building in Cowes Thanks guys heaps!!

Poor communication and organisation! I booked services weeks prior to going on overseas holiday. I messaged as time got closer that my booking was still good. It apparently was. Day before services, I messaged to ask what time they would arrive? Nathan told me he was "flat out" and that someone named Neil was suppose to call me and do the job. I messaged asking if he had any availability early the next week as I am less than a week from travelling overseas. And my mother is house sitting, and I’d like things to be done prior to leaving. NO REPLY. The next day, I messaged asking if he could confirm my last request. NO REPLY. Now I’m only days from leaving and I’ve been left high and dry. No doubt I won’t be able to find someone else to do my services with this short notice. It’s a shame I have to write this. As I wanted to support local.

We had our quote, site visit and job completed in one week! Very fast service and Nathan did an amazing job. We can now freeze our way through summer. Would recommend to everyone.

We contacted Nathan to repair our split system but it couldn't be repaired ,Nathan quoted and replaced the unit with in days ,he was a delight to deal with . I highly recommended him
