I’d like to take the time to let everyone who reads know about how truly thankful and blessed I feel the passed few months dealing with these guys and a wonderful young lady. Honest, reliable, prompt and very reasonable prices. I will continue to advocate and share their business based on these principles. Dealing with various issues so well I actually am reluctant to take my car anywhere else. Ten out of five stars from a sceptic turned believer

If I could give more stars I would. Excellent service from Ryan and the team at Precision. He worked through all of the issues our car had. Always explaining what needed to be done and the costs involved. Even organising repairs they couldn't do through other trades. I highly recommend them.

I had a very disappointing experience with this car service. The customer service was poor — no one seemed to know what was going on with my vehicle, and I was told to come back after two hours when I came back they asked me to pay $110 for nothing and the issue I came in for wasn’t even properly checked On top of that, the pricing felt unclear and higher than what was originally quoted. I expected more professionalism and transparency. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to others. I wish there was a Zero rating they don’t deserve 1star

This morning I called Precision Auto Electrics and Mechanical to get a price to service the air con in my car. I spoke to Ben who was most helpful and gave me the price and explained how long it will take. After comparing their prices with the competitors I called back and spoke to Maddie to book in an appointment. Maddie like Ben was also helpful and had great phone manners. I dropped off the car around 11am and they called me back around 2 pm letting me know that job was. When I picked up the car I spoke to Ryan who serviced the air con...he gave a full report in easy to understand language. In summary, great prices, great people and excellent customer service.

I had the need to have my Motorhome airconditioning compressor replaced. When I first spoke with Ryan about the plan I was confident that he was "switched on" enough to be able to do the job. Knowing that it wouldn't be as straightforward as he thought it would be, I allowed more time to get the job done. Wow what a surprised that was, Ryan and the boys completed the job of replacing and regasing the main bus compressor in no time flat. ( It was an hour or so over his predicted time, but way less than I expected). The best part of the whole experience was that they were on time to take the job on without any hassles. This family business is a credit to those that run it. Even Ryans wife (Maddie) the front end girl new exactly what was going on, and she knew I was expected at the check time. I didn't get to meet Ben but he seemed pretty busy tending to the opening morning business about 8.00am, the palce was a buzz which to me is a great indicator on the efficient way Precision Auto Electrics & Mechanical Repairs is run. We picked up the vehicle and found everything in order and the conditioner running colder than it ever did. The whole process from start to finish was hassle free and very pleasing. This set up is out on their own as far as customer service and efficiency goes. I don't do a lot of reviews but when I do I mean everything I say. I'd definately recommend anyone in need of any Auto Electricial or Mechanical repairs done to give this young family company a crack and see what happens.
