Very happy with my Alpine head unit it does everything except brush my teeth.... the sound is amazing and the quality of installation is smick . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mike and his team . Thanks guys
Very helpful called me back twice in a few minutes with advice on how to to get my 4 stacker CD repaired OEM spec. Knowing that he was not going to repair it. So refreshing to get such service. I will recommend Audio Insight very highly.
Overall fantastic experience. No BS, he told me the issue we had with my particular head unit and what may or may not work correctly, and promptly fixed the issue when needed. Even if Mike was more expensive than others (WHICH HE IS NOT!) I would recommend him over others due to him being the person he is. Joy to do business!
Had a issue with my brand new head unit not saving time and custom RGB. I had another automotive shop install the head unit but they wired it wrong, there wasn't constant power going to the unit as is needed for it to save memory. Audio insight inspected the unit and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Great business highly recommend.
