I couldn’t recommend Chris from Heritage Locksmiths Maryborough more highly! He did an absolutely amazing job today installing locks, deadlocks and chains on some really tricky very old doors. His problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box were outstanding – nothing was too difficult for him. Chris was professional, efficient and genuinely brilliant at what he does. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for locksmith work – Heritage Locksmiths is hands down the best choice! Thanks Chris I really appreciate what you did for me.

Charged a call out fee, it was a booked appointment Witness to them dropping an item on our new vinyl and hearing them say "oh fuck" to come home to a hole in our new vinyl which they deny when questioned. Hmmm hole not in the vinyl when we left for work in the morning. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, LIARS!
I needed security cameras and I picked this company. I was not happy with their overall performance, Shabby workmanship. Prior to the job being done when I emailed them they kept stating that if I needed assistance just to ask, when I was not happy with the work that was the last I heard from them. I made the mistake of paying them on the day. Now there is a Government Dept involved.
Very knowledgeable and good at their trade. Also keep an open communication and turn up on site on time.
I would highly recommend Heritage City Locksmiths. We needed to get some locks changed at home and so called Heritage City Locksmiths. Ricky came out and he was professional, polite, cleaned up after his work and was even ten minutes early. Excellent service, affordable prices.
