Jason and the crew were out yesterday to replace the ducting system in my showroom. The communication was excellent and everything was logistically perfect. They also managed to somehow not disturb any trade. His crew were polite, respectful and extremely courteous. I would highly recommend JET Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Services to all. It was a huge job and their expertise in this field were clear and obvious. Thanks Guys for a fantastic job.

Called to repair broken AC. They sent a tech to inspect, said compressor needs replaced without guarantee it would work, so still they can replace it and need to replace the whole AC unit if that didn’t work . Tried to call them to discuss what he said , no reply. I asked another company to inspect, there was obvious gas leak under the suction unit their tech didn’t trace the leak properly, repair was guaranteed. So I fixed it with the other company. They are asking me to pay for inspection that didn’t pick the problem properly and giving possibility to replace the whole AC if their fix didn’t work to cover their back.

Had them. Service my father's split system airconditioning unit inside and out. Fabulous job, looks brand new, as good as the day they installed it. Highly recommend Jet Airconditioning.

We had called around to 3 other companies in the lake mac area and left vms for callbacks. Erin in reception called us back within 5 minutes and gave us the BEST value AND QUICKEST turn around appointment. We are so happy with the friendly service, professionalism and value for money we were offered. Tom was super lovely and tidy, made every effort to explain the process and documented every step of the clean! WHY HYDROCLEAN YOUR AC ? We noticed our home reverse cycle AC unit had a musty smelly odour every time we turned it on, despite having an air purifier in the home. After turning on a flash light and seeing up into the vanes we saw the amount of mould and dust accumulation despite cleaning the top of the unit and washing out the filters every month. The unit was old, but it is our new home. As an asthmatic who was consistently getting sick and getting headaches summer...and having heard the recent legionnaires outbreaks in Sydney...it really prompted me to get cracking on fixing our air quality at home!

The jet air team installed 4 split systems into my house. A call on Wednesday and it was completed Monday. They hang all the units up high and did extra work so all system where together our of sight. On top of that they cleaned up after . Best service you could ask for .
